Sample of Corporate Catering menu: Office gatherings, breakfast, luncheons buffet-style platters to serve from 5-50 people.

Breakfast:
  • Choice of assorted pastries served with butter, jellies, and cream cheese.
  • Individual yogurts.
  • Assorted fresh fruits.
  • Assorted individual fruit juices and bottled water.
  • Coffees and teas regular and decaf with individual creamers and sugar.
Hot Buffet:
  • Lemongrass Chicken, Shrimp or Vegetable Skewers
  • Mini Crab Cakes with lemon aioli
  • 5 cheese Baked Ziti or Lasagna meat, vegetable or plant-based meat
  • Slow-braised Short Ribs
  • Low Country Style Shrimp and Grits with or without andouille sausage

Luncheon platters

Buffet Style Cold Salads

Friday Dinner Night

Meals can be prepared family-style or just for you and your boo. Friday night curbside pick up any time between 4 pm & 7 pm.

*Catering requests should be submitted no later than Friday before 12 noon.

  • Single dinners – $15.00
  • Fried Chicken Dinner – Rice pilaf, Honey glazed carrots with orange juice.
  • Fried Lake Trout Dinner – Rice pilaf, Honey glazed carrots with orange juice.
